Reiki or Reiki drum healing session 60/90mins
You work with the practitioner to set your healing intentions before being settled into a relaxed state guided by voice and drum. As you deeply relax, reiki is channel into your body and energy system. Time is also given to support you to integrate and settle back into the moment. Bookings by appointment.
Guided Meditation with gong.
This session is 90mins long and includes settling into the space and resting in the silence afterwards to integrate and ground the energies. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
Monthly light language gong sessions, Langley hill, Kings Langley, from 1st Sunday in June 25.
3:30 - 6:00. Settle in and chat about a theme, light language gong session, rest, integration and refreshment time. £20.
