I hope that this light language angelic healing meditation may be supportive to those who need to release from emotional pain of the stories unfolding in their lives.
The Angelic essences of harmony, truth, forgiveness, peace, and (self) determination encourages participants to let go and trust their inner wisdom. These essences are layered into light language sung into form as the Angelic realms; your higher self and support team support your healing process.
Take your time at the end of the meditation to come back into awareness. When you are ready you will naturally find yourself returning from the daydream healing state into full awareness. Rest in this space and just notice the sense of grounded peace and harmony that you feel. Feel yourself contained within it as you prepare to move into the rest of your day.

Guidance:
1. Create or image yourself in a sacred and safe healing space for yourself.
2. Set your intention to receive the healing, peace and harmony you need, or you can create your own intention for this session.
3. Let go – how do I do that?
When you take a moment to release the need to control of what is happening in your life, you let go of what you have been holding onto you and as you rest, your body and mind are able to work together to reset your energy into a harmonic state.
Healing happens when you allow the fragments of energy and/or internalised feelings to surface and energetically release. Processing your feelings is a fundamental and natural part of healing and restoring wellbeing.
You may notice feelings or sensations as they energetically surface, sometimes they briefly seem stronger, as the adrenaline charge in your system clears. As you notice and allow the fragments of unprocessed feelings or sensations to move through you, they naturally dissipate and dissolve. Sometimes you may also notice the thoughts and beliefs that were associated with this feeling as they too release. This process of letting go creates space for more harmonic essences and feelings to flow in.
You may also feel the angelic and harmonic essences coming in to support you. By resting you in these healing essences you are attuning to their frequency through resonance and as you rest you receive the energetic frequency of these essences.
The best example of this is when you think about peace and how it feels, you become peaceful. That’s because you have come into resonance with the frequency peace as you recall a time of being peaceful.
A quick and helpful way of supporting peace in your everyday life is to take a moment, place your hand on your heart and say out loud: “I am very, very peaceful” nine times. Then feel into yourself and you will notice the peace emerging from within you.
